Bundling
Scheduling minimum of three properties, within proximity to one another*, units in the same building or packages within the same unit. For example, five apartments in the Newmark Tower, three properties in Capitol Hill that want a Sewer Inspection and a Water Heater service, Or a single large home in Lake Tapps that wanted multiple water heaters serviced and a Sewer and drain Inspection.
*Properties must be within roughly a 30 minute standard drive time or 7 mile radius in the city and 12 mile in the country. Exceptions made for properties way out in the “boonies,” all Island communities can be bundled together.

Onboarding Inspections
We can also inspect homes that are still prospective Vacasa rentals. By inspecting the sewer lines, sump pumps, and water heaters before they are listed, we can determine if the home is ready to perform to the Vacasas standards.

Through plumbing and outdoor living we have a unique position to help the sound improve through maintaining our residential and commercial liquid waste systems, and improving our local landscapes to be more supportive of local ecology.
